  2. What is the minimum commitment required for personal training sessions?
    We recommend a minimum commitment of (2-)3 sessions per week for optimal results, especially for beginners.

     

  3. Do I need to be a member of a gym to avail personal training services?
    No, our personal training services are available to everyone, regardless of gym membership status.

     

  4. Can I train with a friend or in a group?
    Yes, we offer group training sessions at discounted rates. Please contact us for more details.

     

  5. Can I connect with a representative on Whatsapp directly?

  6. What should I wear to my training sessions?
    Comfortable workout attire and proper footwear are recommended.

Pricing & Payment
  1. Are there any additional fees besides the session cost?
    Additional charges may apply for customised requests like an add-on service, or opting for hybrid formats.
     

  2. Do you offer discounts for bulk session bookings?
    Yes, we provide the usual ‘buy-bigger-get-bigger’ discounted packs in the detailed rate card on WhatsApp.
     

  3. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments via Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfers.
     

  4. Is there a refund policy?
    Refunds are not available on any packages.
     

  5. Is there a transfer policy?
    Package can be transferred to another with an added fees (pending number of sessions x 50% of your monthly pack’s per session rate).
     

  6. Can I pause or cancel my training sessions?
    Pause feature is available in Remote Coaching services, in PT packs all packages come with pre-added additional days to utilise IF needed by client. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

  1. How do I know which trainer is right for me?
    We assess your fitness goals and preferences to match you with a trainer who best suits your need
     

  2. Can I switch trainers if I'm not satisfied?
    Yes, client satisfaction is our priority. You can request a change of trainer at any time.
     

  3. What if I have specific fitness goals like weight loss or muscle gain?
    Our trainers will tailor a personalised program to help you achieve your specific goals effectively.
     

  4. Are the training sessions suitable for beginners?
    Absolutely! We specialise in making beginners feel at home. Our sessions are simple, welcoming, and paced to meet you where you are. No jargon, no pressure—just clear guidance, real support, a space where you can grow with confidence.

Nutrition & Lifestyle
  1. Do you provide nutrition advice?
    Yes, our trainers offer basic nutrition guidance to complement your fitness program.
     

  2. Can I follow my own diet plan while training?
    Yes, you can continue with your existing diet plan. However, our trainers can provide suggestions to enhance your results.
     

  3. Do you offer meal planning services?
    Yes, our recent collaboration with Wholisticfit - specialist with remote coaching and nutrition management, allows us to cater detailed meal planning services too.

Scheduling & Availability
  1. How do I book a training session?
    You can book a session through our website or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp.
     

  2. What if I need to reschedule a session?
    We require a 24-hour notice for rescheduling. Please refer to our rescheduling policy for more details.
     

  3. What if I cancel a PT session last minute?
    Sessions cancelled last minute are subject to be counted only except in case of a medical emergency.

  1. Can I get a fitness assessment before starting the sessions?
    Yes, we commence only with an initial fitness assessment to understand your baseline and current body-functionality.
     

  2. Do you offer specialised training for athletes or sport-specific needs?
    No we do not specialise with sport specific training for pro-athletes, our domain is busy individuals trying to get fitter.
     

  3. Are there female trainers available?
    Absolutely. We have qualified female trainers, and you can request one based on your comfort and preference.
     

  4. Can I train during early mornings or late evenings?
    Yes, we offer flexible timing options including early morning and late evening slots, subject to trainer availability.
     

  5. What kind of equipment do I need for home training?
    Minimal equipment is required. We customise home workouts based on what you have available—bodyweight, resistance bands, or dumbbells.

Personalisation & Safety
  1. Do you offer post-injury or rehabilitation-focused training?
    Yes, we have trainers experienced in working with clients recovering from injuries, in consultation with your medical provider if necessary.
     

  2. Is my information and progress tracking kept confidential?
    Yes, client privacy is a priority. All your personal and fitness information is kept strictly confidential.
     

  3. How do you track progress during training programs?
    Progress is tracked through mandate data logging (by the coaches) on a per-exercise basis giving a very comprehensive idea of the progress thus far. 
     

  4. Can I mix online and offline training sessions?
    Yes, you can opt for a hybrid training model combining both online and in-person sessions for greater flexibility.
     

  5. Do you offer lifestyle coaching alongside fitness training?
    Our Remote Coaching service in collaboration with Wholisticfit caters exactly this, an-depth psychologically-driven process which helps unmask lifestyle related obstructions.
