I generally have a problem with sports / gym mostly i feel the way things are taught is very general. For example, my way of learning things is a little slower and different than others. I feel with you i have felt that i can be more comfortable with the learning phase and it becomes easier for me to follow through. It’s otherwise very difficult to stay consistent. I know i have not been great with consistency but i had incorporated lot of good habits and being mindful about it - thanks to you!

When it comes to choosing a workout coach, I’ve always had a clear list of non-negotiables: training that’s safe and injury-free, no pushing into overtraining territory, and an understanding that exhaustion doesn’t mean progress. I need someone who gives honest, constructive feedback and respects the unique limitations of my body. But beyond all that, I look for a coach with a pleasant, positive presence—firm when needed, but always supportive. I found all of this in Avi.
