1. Digital Delivery Only
We do not ship physical products. All services are delivered electronically via:

Member dashboard or learning portal

Scheduled virtual sessions (Zoom or similar platforms)

2. Access Timeline
Online fitness programs: Access is granted immediately after successful payment and account creation.

Personal training & virtual coaching: Session details and schedules will be shared via email or phone within 24–48 hours.

Nutrition plans: Delivered via email within 2–3 business days after we collect your required details.

3. No Shipping Charges
Since we don’t sell physical goods, there are no shipping fees or delivery delays related to logistics providers.

4. Issues with Access or Delivery
If you do not receive your login details, program files, or scheduled call confirmation within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately:
