Home Workout | Dumbbell Pair

This program is designed for people who prefer working out at home for a weeks or not wanting to travel to a gym for upto a few months.  

This workout program features a mixed body part split with 2 days dedicated to upper body, one day dedicated to power(explosiveness) movements and a leg-special-day covered separately, along with optimal focus being given to your core stabilisers.  

Target duration : 2-4 months.  

3 day, 4 day and 5 day-split option available (weekly frequency)
