This program is designed for people who are looking for an advanced mobility split to inculcate in their existing training split or to train mobility almost equipment free anywhere and anytime with ease.

This program features a 3 way split of shoulder-wrist, spine, and hip-ankle helping you to work in a joint specific manner giving you the carryover you need directly in you other training formats helping you transform your weak links into stronger foundation stones. 

Target duration : 2-4 months  

1 day, 2 day and 3 day-split option available (weekly frequency)
